What is the trial trying to find out?

Although there is no cure for mesothelioma, the trial aims to find out whether having chemotherapy as well as active symptom control makes any difference to severity of symptoms and quality of life.

It also aims to find out whether chemotherapy makes any difference to how long people with mesothelioma live.
