Once you have chosen your challenge of a lifetime, signing up could not be easier.  Simply download the attached Registration Form and Medical Questionnaire and return it to us with 2 passport size photographs and your non-refundable Registration Fee made payable to ‘CancerBACUP’. 

Return all forms to CancerBACUP, 3 Bath Place, Rivington Street, London EC2A 3JR. Please read the Worldwide Challenge Terms & Conditions carefully..

As soon as you have registered you will receive a pack full of information on your chosen challenge including a detailed day-by-day itinerary, fundraising guide, along with a fitness handbook and equipment list.
