Support us in Scotland
Everything you raise for CancerBACUP here in Scotland goes to fund our Scottish contact centre in Glasgow. We have nine cancer nurse specialists who answer calls on our national freephone cancer helpline. Last year the Scottish nurses answered 10,500 enquiries on the helpline. Enquiries come from all over Scotland so you can be assured that what you raise will be helping us help people live with cancer in your area of the country.

Why not ask the guests to your or their celebratory Birthday Party, Silver Wedding Anniversary, Wedding or indeed celebration of any kind to donate some money to CancerBACUP in lieu of presents?
You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that the donations you raise are really helping us help more people, in your community, to live with cancer.

Or why not have a go at your own fundraising event…
There are many ways that you could get involved, here are just a few ideas…
If you are feeling fit and active how about signing up for the Glasgow 10K road race or walking the West Highland Way and using the opportunity to raise sponsorship for CancerBACUP Scotland.
You might however like to have a go at your own fundraising. If you are pressed for time this could simply involve a collection at work, or a sweepstake, or it could be something much more elaborate, such as a themed dinner party or a coffee morning. We can offer you all of the advice, support and merchandise you need to make sure that your event is a success.

If you would like to discuss any of these, or your own ideas please do not hesitate to contact Ewan Hastings at CancerBACUP. You can also ask Ewan for a fundraising pack.
