Follow up

After your treatment has been completed, your specialist will ask you to return for regular check-ups. These are a good opportunity to discuss any worries or problems you may be having.

You should also see your GP or your specialist doctor if, between your follow-up visits, you have a symptom which you cannot readily explain, lasts more than a week or is not getting better.
