Flora London Marathon

Running the London marathon is a big challenge. The spirit of the race is about personal achievement as well as contributing towards a worthwhile cause. It is about commitment, dedication and challenge, as well as completing 26 long miles.

CancerBACUP have a limited number of Gold Bond places. Golden Bonds are guaranteed charity places for the Flora London marathon. These places are in great demand and we expect all those who receive a CancerBACUP Golden Bond to raise a minimum of £1,500, as the charity has to buy these places.

Hydro-active Women’s 5K

The Flora Light Challenge for Women is the largest women-only event of its kind in Britain and is a great day out for all the family and friends. The Flora 5K has grown so large that there are now The Hydro-active Women’s 5K has grown so large, there are now three Challenges happening on the same day –in Hyde Park, Birmingham City Centre and Liverpool

You can walk, jog, run 5k – it’s your choice. You don’t have to be ultra fit to take part – it’s only 5K! There is a £15.00 entry fee, £5.00 of which comes directly to us. If you feel up to it, you can also use this event to raise sponsorship money.

Great North Run

The Great North Run is the world’s biggest half marathon and is a favourite for top athletes and novices alike. Why not tackle the famous route from Newcastle to the coast at South Shields?

CancerBACUP has a number of guaranteed entries available for runners who want to take part in the Great North Run.

You will need to pay an initial non-refundable administration fee of £35 to secure a race entry with us. In addition, we ask you to pledge to raise a minimum of £325 in sponsorship. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis on receipt of a completed registration form.

Great South Run 2006

Britain’s Biggest 10 Mile Run is staged over a fast 10 mile course providing varied scenery coupled with stunning views and passing many outstanding historic landmarks in Portsmouth & Southsea.

CancerBACUP has a number of guaranteed entries available for runners who want to take part in the Great South Run.

You will need to pay an initial non-refundable administration fee of £25 to secure a race entry with us. In addition we pledge to raise an additional £225 in sponsorship. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis on receipt of the completed registration forms.

New York Marathon
