Follow up

Once your treatment is over your doctor will discuss with you the best way of looking after you. Some people have regular check-ups and brain scans. Others need only occasional hospital visits. If you have any problems or notice any new symptoms between check-ups, contact the hospital.

For people whose treatment is over apart from regular check-ups, CancerBACUP’s section What now? gives useful advice on how to keep healthy and adjust to life after cancer.
